Our Commitment to Sustainability

We believe in making things well—and making them to last. Every collar, lead, and accessory is handmade in the UK, in our own micro-factory, with care, intention, and a strong focus on sustainability.

Built to Last
Many of our customers return years later to tell us their collar is still going strong. Others come back just because their dog deserves something new—and we love that too.

Low-Impact Production
We keep things simple and sustainable:

• No plastic packaging

• No transport between workshop and store (they're in the same building)

• No wasteful overproduction—most items are made to order

Eco-Friendly Packaging
Online orders are sent in either recyclable paper packaging or biodegradable mail bags.
We don’t include unnecessary flyers, stickers, or plastic fillers—just what you ordered, packed with care.

Fair Work & People-First Values
We believe sustainability includes people.
Our small team is paid fairly, works flexible hours, and enjoys a comfortable, supportive environment.
